Easy. Bagged salad, champagne out of a pink party cup (which I may adopt. Yes, it's Thursday. I like to drink champagne when I pack.) and quick faux chicken parm:
Pasta
organic mushroom marinara
Sliced leftover chicken
a dash of red pepper
splash of basalmic
a piece of provolone
Done.
Man, I miss cooking real food.
